We're dedicated to making Yoga available to everyone. We teach Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga in an accessible way, helping you learn more about your body and mind with each class.
Ruth has been practicing Yoga for 11 years and started her teaching journey in 2014. Her classes are mainly a physical practice, with philosophical teaching woven in and breath work at it's core. Meditation and relaxation also feature highly in the classes.
We offer classes, courses, and workshops for those who are looking for something physical, for those who are looking to learn more about Yoga Philosophy or for those who just need some time out of their own head.
