SUNDAYS

7.00pm BEGINNERS YOGA

A class for those brand new to yoga or for those who have only been to a couple of classes before. We will be working through breathing and relaxation techniques, alignment and introducing basic yoga poses. This class will prepare you to move on to a mixed ability class.


MONDAYS
6.15pm BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS YOGA
A class for those who have been attending the beginners classes but not quite ready to move on to a mixed ability class!. We will be working through breathing and relaxation techniques, alignment and introducing basic yoga poses. This class will prepare you to move on to a mixed ability class.

7.15pm YOGA FLOW
A faster-paced vinyasa style class, designed to get you moving and your heart pumping. We will be moving through a series of yoga poses to improve flexibility, tone the body and help with weight loss. 
This class is not recommended for complete beginners or those new to exercise.

8.15pm STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY
A mixed ability class​ designed to improve strength and flexibility, tone the muscles, aid concentration and improve balance. We will be working through relaxation & breathing techniques and yoga poses with modifications for all levels.  All levels are welcome in this class!

TUESDAYS
6.00pm PREGNANCY YOGA (6 WEEK COURSE)
During these classes you will learn how to cope with the constant physical & emotional changes pregnancy throws at you, whilst preparing the body & mind for birth, motherhood & beyond. Spending time focusing on and becoming more aware of the breath, will nurture a link between the body and mind which can lead to a strong ability to stay calm & centered in challenging situations (not just during pregnancy & birth, but long after).

Pregnancy yoga supports you to be the in the best possible shape for birth & beyond and can help relieve lower back pain, tension in the hips, chest, neck & shoulders. It also encourages body awareness, relaxation and the practice of love & compassion for you and your baby.

7.00pm BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS YOGA
