This class will run every other week (or so), dates will be released at the start of each month. Please message me if you are unsure of the dates.
Deep Stretch is the perfect remedy to the faster paced, Warrior heavy classes we normally do. It will also benefit anyone who currently does a lot of sport such as running, lifting etc.
The class will be slower (but by no means an easy ride), targeting the deeper muscles and a lot more focus on Pranayama (breathing techniques).
Slightly longer at 75 minutes, meaning we can spend time opening up the areas that really need it followed by a super delicious long Savasana.
January dates: Wednesday 2nd, Wednesday 16th & Wednesday 30th
