In this challenge we will explore simple ways to incorporate a Yogi lifestyle into your daily routine, to benefit your everyday life, bring balance, relaxation, discipline, health, happiness, help you manage stress and develop stronger relationships & a deeper mind/body connection.
The goal of a Yogi lifestyle is to encourage a conscious shift in our approach to life, consciously shape our attitude, habits & general way of life and move towards a place of unity and balance.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all diet plan, this is using Yogic philosophy, mindful eating, joyful cooking, recipes & Ayurveda to help you take care of & listen to your body.
How do Yogis sleep? With one eye open - the eye of awareness! Develop an evening routine that helps you unwind & prepare for deep rest. Yoga Nidra is the perfect antidote to stress, anxiety and over-stimulation.
Embrace Yogic philosophy to create authentic, compassionate, sustainable & healthy relationships (with yourself & others). Reduce hurt & build trust, live and speak your truth whilst cultivating clear and honest communication.
No you don't need to cut yourself off from society for this one! Whilst the physical practice strengthens our bodies, a regular Meditation practice will further allow you to master your mind - helping you to regulate your emotions, stabilise & clarify your mind, boost creativity & increase feelings of happiness.
During this challenge you will receive a practice each day, for 21 days. These will be a mixture of videos, writing exercises/journal prompts and self-study. Each video will be no longer than 20 minutes, allowing you to fit them easily around your busy schedule.
We will be embracing the Yamas & Niyamas from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras during this challenge. These guidelines form the foundation of our practice and help support us on & off the mat.

Each week you will get 3 physical (asana) videos to practice, allowing you to practice what you need, when you need it. The classes are themed as below:
