If you have been practicing yoga for a while now and feel like you need a little more than the Improvers class, the intermediate classes are for you!
There are 2 intermediate classes available - Strength & Flexibility & Yoga Flow. I teach both of these Yoga Classes in Erdington.
Strength & Flexibility
An intermediate class designed to improve strength, flexibility and tone the muscles. We will be working through more intermediate poses, looking at deeper modifications and higher level breathing techniques. As always, there are modifications available to make the poses more accessible.
Strength & Flexibility is on a Monday night at 8.15pm at Hollyfields Sports & Conference Centre
A faster paced vinyasa-style class, designed to get you moving and your heart pumping. Vinyasa classes match a movement with a breath and we follow the 'ladder flow' method - so expect lots of repetition with a new pose added each round. This class is not suitable for newbies or those who are just getting in to fitness. Think of this class as your new yoga workout!
Yoga Flow is on a Monday night at 7.15pm at Hollyfields Sports & Conference Centre
