During these Pregnancy Yoga classes you will learn how to cope with the constant physical and emotional changes pregnancy throws at you, whilst preparing the body & mind for birth, motherhood and beyond.
Spending time focusing on and becoming more aware of the breath will nurture a link between the body and mind, which can lead to a strong ability to stay calm and centred in challenging situations (not just during pregnancy and birth, but long after).
Pregnancy Yoga supports you to be in the best possible shape for birth and beyond and can help relieve lower back pain, tension in the hips, chest, neck and shoulders. It also encourages body awareness, relaxation and the practice of love and compassion for you and your baby.
In these classes you can expect gentle pregnancy-safe stretches, relaxation, pregnancy related meditations, breathing techniques and hypno-birthing techniques.
