Each Retreat is different, and tailored to the location, season, activity or theme, so there really is something for everyone! Whilst in different locations, we try to support local businesses by having local guest speakers, craftspeople and those with local knowledge to come along to the Retreat.

Our Retreats are open to everyone, whether you are a member of Eat. Sleep. Yoga, regular Yoga practioner or not, you will be made to feel welcome on our Retreat. Most of our venues have at least one downstairs, accessible bedroom, so please get in touch if you would like to discuss room options. Single travellers are more than welcome to join us, as well as those who would prefer to travel with partners, friends etc.

A 3 night, luxury, female-focused Retreat in The Peak District National Park, approximately 60 minutes drive from Birmingham. Set in a stunning countryside location, with a local pub and village shop just a mile away.

The aim of this Retreat is to help you feel empowered to make self-care a priority through:

  • Freshly prepared, nutritious plant-based & gluten free meals from Friday evening to Monday morning (other dietary requirements can be catered for)

This Retreat will be beneficial for women of all ages and at any stage of their life. Accommodation There are a mix of Kingsize & twin rooms with ensuite and shared bathrooms. (Shared bathrooms are shared with one other room). 2 comfortable lounges (one quiet lounge for reading, journalling, self-reflection etc), open plan kitchen/dining room and large Yoga barn for with beanbags and a wood burner.

Come and join me for a weekend away to the North Yorkshire Moors, to celebrate the changing of the seasons on the Autumn Equinox, when the day and night are of equal length.


This small, luxurious escape will help you rebalance after summer and ground yourself ready for autumn. Feel centred, focused and ready for the shift in seasons as we look back at what we have achieved since the Spring Equinox and let go of what no longer serves us.


The accommodation is in an 18th Century, grade II listed Long Barn, set in the heart of a beautiful village. There are walks directly from the door, a village pub 2 minutes walk away and lots of cosy spaces to sit around the log burner. The village itself is in an International Dark Sky Reserve, so evenings can be spent gazing at the amazing stars!


There are a mix of twin and single occupancy rooms, all are en-suite and feature a Bath (with shower over) or a shower. The rooms are all finished to a high standard and include lovely toiletries, fluffy robes and towels. The Yoga Barn has plenty of space for everyone and has underfloor heating, so you are guaranteed to stay toasty warm during your practice!

This Retreat is just north of York, close to the market town of Pickering.

Come and join me at a traditional Spanish farmhouse, with private pool & amazing views in the Andalucian Mountains, for a 4 night, 5 day retreat.


There will be outdoor Yoga, time to relax around the pool and trips to the local beach town of Nerja and the amazing Alhambra palace and fortress.


What's included?

Not included - return flights to Malaga, but plenty of budget airlines fly from Birmingham.


Please note - the transfer will leave Malaga airport at a time that is closest to most people's flights arriving. If your flight arrives outside this time, you will need to arrange your own transfer. Car hire is the cheapest & quickest option, public transport is also an option but takes the longest time. Taxis are available and are the most expensive option.
