Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing, slower style of yoga (suitable for all levels!), where the poses are either seated and laying down and are held for a longer amount of time (usually 1-5 minutes).
Bolsters, blocks and blankets are all used so that you feel completely supported and relaxed in each pose. Allowing the body to fully relax and the connective tissues (tendons, ligaments etc) to release.

Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone, even if you are brand new to yoga.
We will also be working through breathing techniques, meditation and closing the practice with Yoga Nidra - also known as Yogic Sleep.
