    Life is busy and as women, we’re often the last thing on our to-do list. But Yoga doesn’t have to be another commitment that you squeeze in, or feel guilty about missing!

    My online Yoga classes are designed especially for busy women who want simple, supportive self care that fits into their real life.

    Whether you’re completely new to Yoga, returning after a break or practising a couple of times a week, you’ll find classes here that help you feel calmer, stronger and more balanced, without overcomplicating things.

    All classes are online, live and accessible from home so you can roll out your mat whenever it works for you!

  • Your Weekly Online Yoga Timetable

    Here’s what’s waiting for you each week:

    Sunday Reset Yoga (7pm, 60 mins)

    Release the week with this feel good practice to prepare you for the week ahead. Please note, this class is not suitable for complete beginners.

    Morning Stretch & Flow (Monday 9.30am)

    An accessible class for beginners and improvers, to help you move your body, release stiffness and tension and boost your energy for the day ahead.

    Yoga Flow (Monday 7.15pm)

    A playful, ladder-flow class to build balance, focus and ease both your body and mind.

    A prior knowledge of Yoga poses is helpful in this class.

    Strength & Flexibility (Monday 8.15pm)

    Get strong and supple without the overwhelm in this class, which will help you develop resilience in your body and calm in your mind.

    Unwind & Recharge (Tuesday 6.30pm)

    The ultimate antidote to a stressful day! This class offers strong and steady movement and deep relaxation to release tensions and restore your energy.

    Please note, this class is not suitable for complete beginners.

    Midweek Reset (Wednesday 7.30pm)

    This 30 minute class will help you pause, breathe and reset, whatever your day has thrown at you!

    Gentle Chair Yoga (Thursday 2pm)

    This 45 minute class is perfect if you want to experience the benefits of a Yoga class, without having to get up and down from the floor. This class is free of charge.

    Tea, Cake and Savasana Club (Monthly, Thursday 7pm)

    Our monthly members-only cosy club, where you’ll find community, encouragement and plenty of lighthearted support alongside your Yoga practice.

    Yoga for You (Friday 9.30am)

    A class suitable for beginners and improvers to build confidence, flexibility and balance, in a way that feels good for your body.

    Plus:

    Yoga with Resistance Bands (2nd & Last Tuesday of each month, 6.30pm)

    An energising class that blends the strength building power of Resistance Bands with the balance, calm and flow of Yoga.

    Extended Rest, A Monthly Yin Yoga & Relaxation Class (last Sunday of each month, 7pm)

    This monthly class combines deeply restorative Yin Yoga with guided relaxation, creating the ultimate antidote to busy weeks and restless minds.
