That’s why myself and Paola Maggiulli (aka The Tiny Italian) are inviting you to Cook. Love. Yoga - an online event designed just for time-poor women like you!
Cook. Love. Yoga is more than just an online event - it’s a step towards loving yourself and making yourself a priority, doing something you already do anyway! It’s a chance to pause, breathe, relax and connect with yourself and a community of like-minded women.

All About Paola, The Tiny Italian
Paola is a self care cookery teacher and Italian food expert, who helps busy women achieve a healthy work/life balance by motivating them to love themselves, with self care cooking.
After a successful (but stressful) 15 year career in fashion, a relationship breakdown and the sale of her family’s Italian Deli in London, Paola was feeling lost, anxious and depressed. So she decided to do something for herself and started to learn everything she could about her Italian food roots.
The positive cooking mindset she developed, helped her to feel more confident and happier - the better food choices she was making were fuelling her body, mind and soul with goodness!
Paola now helps women change their mindset around cooking, so that it no longer feels like an everyday chore, but a desirable & delicious form of self-care.

All About Ruth, Eat. Sleep. Yoga
Ruth is a Yoga Teacher who helps women feel happy, healthy and confident through simple consistent practices, such as Yoga, breathwork, relaxation and self care.
Ruth’s Yoga journey started about 15 years ago, during a stressful and anxious time in her life. The practice of linking the breath with movement soothed her soul and started to rebuild parts that had been broken down.
After feeling like she didn’t quite fit in at some Yoga studios, Ruth left the corporate world in 2014 and started teaching her own Yoga classes. She vowed that her classes would be welcoming, warm and open to all women, regardless of their age, ability, shape, size or anything else!
Over the last 10 years our community of supportive, like-minded women has grown and grown and Ruth loves to see the transformation that takes place during her classes, workshops and Retreats.

Join us on Saturday 1st June at 10am and let us help you take some “me-time”, nourish your body, find the joy in cooking and connect with a community of women that truly understand and support you.
You deserve this.
Upon booking you will receive a shopping list of ingredients and utensils that you will need to have ready for the cookery class.
The Yoga class with Ruth will start at 10am and will last 60 minutes. There will then be a short break to give you some time to move from your mat to the kitchen, grab a cup of tea and prepare for the cookery class.
The event will finish at approximately 12.30pm.
