    Start Now 6 week Beginners Yoga Course will help to build your confidence in a supportive, light-hearted and non-judgmental environment.

    You’ll meet other women who are also new to Yoga and join our fantastic community of real people doing Yoga for strength, flexibility, relaxation and to manage their stress and anxiety.

    You won’t feel embarrassed or silly, because you are practicing Yoga in the comfort of your own home, with a group of women who are in exactly the same boat as you!

    Each session is around 45 minutes long, with an optional live Q & A at the end. This means you will be able to fit each session into your busy life, without feeling completely overwhelmed! The session replays will be available for you to watch whenever you can fit them in.

    We start the course with a short & slow Yoga practice and gradually build up each week, as you get stronger and more confident.

    The Beginners Yoga poses that you will learn are designed to build muscle, release tension and improve your overall wellbeing. I will guide you each week, helping you to make the most of the sessions -and we always end with a relaxation!

    There will be time at the start/end of each session for any questions you may have - but I am here to let you know that there is no right or wrong in Yoga & every pose can be modified so that it feels good for you!

    As we move through the course, you’ll notice how amazing it feels to prioritise yourself. By dedicating some time to your own wellbeing, you’ll feel more energised, more balanced and ready to take on whatever life throws at you.

    About Me

    I have been teaching Yoga for almost 10 years and during that time, I have taken 100’s (maybe 1000’s?!) of women from frazzled, busy and burnout without a clue how to fit some self care into their lives, to happy, healthy and relaxed!

    I started my own Yoga journey in the exact same way as you. I was an absolute anxious mess, overworked, stressed out and completely overwhelmed with how I was going to make things better. It was only when a friend casually asked me to go along to a Yoga class with her, that I found the missing piece of the jigsaw!

    I fell in love with the non-competitive classes, how my body felt after a session and over time, how my mind felt too! I started noticing how things I learnt about IN a Yoga class started spreading to my life OUTSIDE of Yoga and how this had such a positive impact on my home & work life.

    I don’t know where I would be without Yoga in my life!

    Still not sure what to expect on this Beginners Yoga Course? Here's a week-by-week breakdown of what we will be doing

    Week 1: Breathe Like a Yogi

    Learn Yogic breathing techniques, why they are so important and how this breath can keep you calm and relaxed, not just in class!

    Week 2: Stand On Your Own 2 Feet

    Build strength, confidence and flexibility with an introduction to standing Yoga poses.

    Week 3: Say Good Morning to Sun Salutations

    Find out why Yogis say Sun Salutations are better than a cup of coffee in the morning!

    Week 4: Find Balance

    Develop your strength and focus even further, as we start to introduce standing balances.

    Week 5: Feel Good Inside & Out

    Build a strong & flexible core and upper body, to help you move better, breathe better and feel better - especially if you spend a lot of time sat at a desk!

    Week 6: Bring it All Together

    In this final week of the course, we will bring everything together for “full class” experience. You will now feel confident joining other Yoga classes, you’ll feel stronger, more flexible and happier & healthier too!
