    Life/work/family commitments get in the way and you become bottom of your priority list.

    Even worse - when you do do something for yourself, you feel guilty because you are so used to looking after everyone else!

    The ESY Confidently strong 5 Day Challenge is designed to fit in around your busy schedule. All the sessions are less than 30 minutes long and you get lifetime access, so can watch them whenever you have the time.

    Do you feel like you’re lacking in upper body strength?

    Do certain poses make your arms feel like jelly?

    Does your core ache at the thought of doing sit-ups?

    Do you feel disconnected from your Pelvic Floor?

    Do your legs tremble when you hold a pose?

    Get physically stronger, through targeted Yoga sessions which are all 30 minutes or less.

    Each day has a different focus:

    Day 1 - Upper Body Strength

    Day 2 - Core Strength

    Day 3 - Pelvic Floor

    Day 4 - Lower Body Strength

    Day 5 - Whole Body Strength

    Each session is suitable for all levels - options are given to help you get the most out of each pose.

    You want to feel more positive & motivated, not just in a Yoga class, but also at work & home too

    During the challenge, we will be using Positive Affirmations to help you feel more positive, more confident and more motivated.

    These affirmations can be used on & off the mat and are simple enough to use, even if you have never worked with them before.

    Take things at your own pace, in your own time and see the transformation. Do what feels good for you.

    The “homework” each day will help to keep you accountable and I am here for support if you need me!
