As we approach the Summer Solstice, the highest energy and brightest point of the year, this Retreat is all about tending to your inner light.

Because sometimes, life looks full and bright from the outside, but on the inside your glow feels like it’s being dimmed a little bit.

Using Yoga, Journalling & Pranayama to gently restore your energy, delicious and nutritious food to support your gut and time in beautiful surroundings to get you feeling balanced again, we will clear out what’s dulling your glow.

Maybe you can’t quite put your finger on what’s happening, but you do know that your sleeping poorly and/or waking up feeling tired, your digestion feels “off”, you’re constantly in overdrive and crave some space, but don’t want to go far to find it.

This Retreat in Derbyshire is here to restore your steady energy, support your gut and hormones naturally, move your body in a way that feels good and give you the time away from your daily stresses to really rest.

There’s no big promise of total reinvention here, the weekend is space for you to feel like yourself again.

We’ll spend 3 nights in a gorgeous Victorian Country house, near Matlock & Bakewell. Built in the 1800’s, the house is jam packed full of original features and charm, alongside modern luxurious touches.

Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, with either a bath, a shower or both.

Downstairs, the huge drawing room (which was once a ballroom) has enough seating for 30 people and outside the manicured garden gives us plenty of space to dine & Yoga (weather permitting of course). And the formal garden is said to be inspired by a map of the British Isles, which you can look over as you gaze at the surrounding countryside.

Kirsten is VERY happy with the huge kitchen, so she’ll be cooking up a delicious and nutritious storm in there and the large dining room means you’ll get to spend many hours chatting without getting in anyone’s way.

Alongside creating magic in the kitchen all weekend, Kirsten from Eat. Nourish. Go will be guiding you through a Fermentation Workshop. You’ll learn all about why the gut needs (and loves) fermented foods and you’ll get hands-on experience creating your own Sauerkraut, to take home with you.

Kirsten is the oracle of gut health and as we all know, when your gut feels better, you feel better!
