    Join me for a powerful 2 hour Yoga Workshop, where we will go beyond just learning the arm balance Crow Pose, we’ll explore the mindset shifts, inner strength and mechanics that make it possible to take flight (both on and off the mat).

    I’ve been teaching Yoga for the past 11 years and practicing Crow Pose for even longer! I still remember the first time I heard the Yoga teacher say “take Crow Pose, if it’s in your practice” and the whole room seem to float up, effortlessly.

    Everyone that is, except me!

    I had no prior knowledge of the pose, using brute force to try (unsuccessfully) to lift my feet off the floor and worrying about falling forwards and knocking my teeth out.

    The fast-paced nature of the class meant there was no time to spend explaining the pose further, so I left feeling defeated and frustrated, but also inspired to learn more about the pose.

    Together we will look at what stories you tell yourself about arm balances + how these stories transfer from the mat into real life.

    As with all my classes + workshops, there is absolutely NO pressure to get into the pose.
