Online Yoga Classes FAQs
Are your online Yoga classes suitable for beginners?
1
Absolutely! Several of our classes are suitable for beginners & improvers, with plenty of options offered in every class. Each class description explains the style & experience level, so you can choose a class that you feel comfortable with.
Do I need to be flexible to practice Yoga?
2
Not at all! Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or achieving perfect looking poses - my classes focus on accessible movement, how a pose feels, deep breathing and you deciding what works best for your own body.
How do online Yoga classes work?
3
Our online Yoga classes are run on Zoom, so once you have signed up to the class you will receive access to the class via a link in an email. You will also receive a reminder 45 minutes before the class starts, just in case you forget! You are welcome to log on 5-10 minutes before the class starts, if you want to chat with other class members or you can just log on at the start time, ready to go! When the class starts, you will be able to see and hear me as I guide you through the class and I will be able to see you, via your camera. The class finishes with a guided relaxation, before we say our goodbyes.
What if I don’t have much time?

The people who come to Eat. Sleep. Yoga online Yoga classes are in exactly the same boat as you and are just fitting their Yoga practice in around normal, everyday life!
What if I can’t keep up with the online Yoga classes?

My approach to teaching Yoga is genuinely supportive and non-competitive. You’ll be encouraged to take things at your own pace, explore different options and listen to your own body, rather than trying to keep up with anyone else. Our online Yoga classes are a safe space where you can do as much or as little as you like, without judgement. If it helps, I’m more than happy to have a chat with you about any concerns before you join a class, get in touch.
