Why This On Demand Yoga Library Was Created

The On Demand Yoga Library has been created for all those times when getting to a class, or committing to a timetable, just isn’t realistic.

I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2014, but I’ve also had long periods where my own practice looked very different to what I thought it should! When I finally got the motivation to practice, I became completely overwhelmed by all the recorded classes out there and didn’t practice anyway!

My days were busy, my weeks were long and my energy levels were at an all time low. My nervous system needed soothing, not pushing into a one-size-fits-all style class.

What kept me coming back to Yoga during those times wasn’t discipline, it was having practices that felt accessible and supportive, without any pressure to do or be a certain way.

This library was created for the version of me who loved Yoga, but didn’t always have the time, energy or headspace for a live class.

What You’ll Find Inside the Yoga Library


One of the things I hear from the women who use the library, is how much they appreciate the flexibility of it. No start/end times to stress you out, pause, rewind or stop a class early and you get to choose what you want to do. Just press play and practice in your own time, at your own pace and in your own space!

Flexible Support


All the classes in the library are grouped into categories, which makes choosing the right class for you, on the days when you’re too tired to think, a breeze! Our members love this feature, because it takes the overwhelm and decision paralysis out of choosing a Yoga class. Categories include body part focus (eg. legs or upper body), slower practices to boost your energy or Meditations to help you relax after a long day.

New Yoga classes are added to the library every week, to help you stay consistent and motivated (and dare I say it, stop you getting bored!) Classes range in length from 5 minute Pranayama (breathing techniques), to 15 minute flows and 60 minute full classes.
