Who This Yoga Day Retreat is For

This Day Retreat is open to anyone who needs time out from their busy daily lives and wants to get back in touch with themselves and nature.

You don’t need to be a super experienced Yogi to join us, just be open to moving, breathing and giving yourself some time out.

My teaching style is accessible and unpressured, so you will always be encouraged to take the right option for you (even if you decide that means sitting out on the deck, enjoying the view for an hour).

If you have any questions at all, please get in touch and I will be happy to answer them.

Wild Woman Day Retreat Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Yoga experience to join this Retreat?

Not at all! Some Yoga experience/interest will be helpful, but you don’t need to be advanced or super flexible to enjoy the Retreat. All the sessions are guided and accessible, so you can join in at your own pace. Our retreats and classes are about relaxation and self care, not performance.

What should I bring with me?

All Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, eye pillows and blankets are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Comfy clothes for Yoga are recommended, as well as lots of layers and wet weather gear (just in case!). Everything else will be provided including the nourishing food and snacks and creative materials for the workshop.

Is food included in the Retreat price?

Yes it is! Welcome snacks and drinks, a delicious lunch, afternoon snack and 2 course evening meal are all included in the price. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please let us now at time of booking.

    Where is the Retreat located?

The venue is just outside Lincoln (approx 20 minute taxi ride from Lincoln train station), set in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Surrounded by nature, but feels completely safe, this place is absolutely magical (my favourite place to host Retreats!) Full details and directions will be provided when you book your place.

How many people will be on the Retreat?

There will be approximately 15 people on this Retreat, made up of guests who are staying for the whole weekend (this Retreat has sold out) and guests who are coming for the day.

What can I expect from the Day Retreat?

You’ll enjoy a carefully curated blend of Yoga, workshops, Forest bathing, delicious food and a closing Fire Ceremony, with plenty of time and space to relax in between. The venue has a tea hut which is fully stocked with specialty teas for you to enjoy, whilst you look out over the lily pad lake or you can sit by the log burner if things get chilly. We have the whole site to ourselves for you to explore.

    Is there accommodation available?

Accommodation on site has sold out, but I can happily recommend some places nearby, if you wanted to stay over.

How do I book my place?

Booking is simple - just get in touch with me directly to book your space! Spaces are £150 per person and are strictly limited, so booking quickly is recommended! Drop me an email hello@eatsleepyoga.net to book
